This policy outlines refund and cancellation terms for workshops, courses and products offered through What’s in the heART while respecting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Workshops and Events

Workshop bookings are processed through Humanitix. Refund and cancellation options are displayed during the booking process. Generally:

A full refund is available if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the event.
After this time refunds may not be available due to preparation and material costs.
Participants may manage cancellations through the Humanitix booking system where applicable.

If What’s in the heART cancels a workshop, participants will receive a full refund or transfer option.

Digital Products

Digital products sold through Etsy are delivered as downloadable files. Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded:

Refunds are generally not provided for digital downloads. However, under Australian Consumer Law, customers may still be entitled to a remedy if the product:
- is faulty
- is not as described
- cannot be accessed or downloaded correctly

Physical Products

If physical products are offered through Etsy, returns or refunds will follow the conditions listed in the Etsy store listing. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees for products that are faulty or not as described.

Nothing in this policy removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
