I spent years playing Responsible Adult. Mortgage, endless to-do lists, and somewhere along the way I misplaced joy (and myself). Corporate life turned me into an over-caffeinated office zombie with a twitch.
Then life threw its drama at me, injury, heartbreak, loss, and I realised the point wasn’t climbing corporate ladders, it was climbing trees, getting messy, and creating for the sheer joy of it.
That’s why I built What’s in the HeART, a playful rebellion where burnout gets swapped for barefoot joy, stress for paint splatters, and perfection for freedom. And now, I get to share that joy and freedom with you.
‘Through nature, creativity and play, my workshops help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and restore emotional, mental and physical wellbeing without pressure or perfection.’
