Workshops offered by What’s in the heART are designed to provide creative, naturebased, and wellbeing experiences. By participating in a workshop, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms..

Participants should only engage in activities they feel comfortable undertaking.
Workshops are designed for general wellbeing and educational purposes.
They are not medical or therapeutic treatment, and any information provided during a workshop should not be considered medical advice.
Participants should seek professional advice where appropriate.
Some workshops may be held outdoors. Participants acknowledge that weather conditions, uneven ground, insects, and natural environmental factors may be present.
Reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure safety.
Where children attend workshops, they must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult unless the workshop is specifically designed and advertised as a supervised children's program.
From time to time, photographs or short video clips may be taken during workshops or events for the purpose of sharing the experience of What’s in the heART.
If participants prefer not to appear in photographs, they can inform the facilitator before the workshop begins.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or video, please let the facilitator know before the workshop begins and we will respect your request.
Photographs will never be used in a way that is disrespectful or misleading.
Participants are welcome to take photographs of their own work during workshops.
However, we ask that participants respect the privacy of others and seek permission before photographing or sharing images of other attendees.
What’s in the heART takes reasonable care to provide safe workshop environments and clear instructions.
To the extent permitted under the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW) and Australian Consumer Law, participants acknowledge that they attend workshops voluntarily and accept the normal risks associated with recreational and educational activities.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
What’s in the heART holds public liability insurance for workshop activities.
