The Zentangle method is a relaxing, accessible form of mindful drawing that uses repetitive patterns to calm the mind, focus attention, and unlock creativity. No experience needed, just pen and paper. Through this unique practice, participants learn how to slow down, stay present, and re-engage their imagination, one stroke at a time. In a world full of noise, Zentangle is a powerful return to self, breath, and creative joy.
